Package Your Items

Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
